Updates the JOSS manuscript metadata to use bare ORCID identifiers (e.g., 0000-0003-...) instead of full https://orcid.org/... URLs to satisfy JOSS editorialbot validation and unblock PDF generation (closes #2).
Changes:
- Replaced ORCID URL values with bare ORCID IDs for all authors in the
paper.mdfront matter.
